The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it is yet to be formally served with the Supreme Court’s ruling concerning APC primaries in Rivers State.
Chairman of the Commission, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, told our reporter yesterday that it was only when they were served that INEC would know the specific course of action required.
“We have not been served with the judgement yet. As soon as we are served, we shall study it and see the specific course of action required of us based on the orders of the Court”, Yakubu said.
