Court Rules On Suit Seeking To Disqualify APGA’s Soludo

A Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed suit to disqualify Soludo as the governor-elect of Anambra State.

ENigeria Newspaper reports that Justice Taiwo Oladipupo Taiwo of the Federal High Court on Tuesday dismissed a suit, described the suit as frivolous, irritating, and lacking in merit.

The Judge also awarded a punitive cost of N2 million against the two plaintiffs to be paid to Soludo and his deputy, Onyeka Ibezim.
