Nigeria host Central Africa Republic in Lagos on October 6 with the reverse fixture four days later in Douala, Cameroon.

They played Cape Verde in Douala on Day 1 of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 series, which ended 1-1.
A team official who spoke with our correspondent on the condidition anonymity said the Franco-German Rohr has stuck with his regular players like William Troost-Ekong, Oghenekaro Etebo, Alex Iwobi, Moses Simon, Maduka Okoye, Moses Simon, Samuel Kalu and Kenneth Omeruo for the games.
The duo Kevin Akpoguma and Frank Onyeka who missed the games against Liberia and Cape Verde after contracting COVID-19 prior to the games are also expected to return.
“It is an unchanged squad for the games against Central Africa Republic,” the source told PUNCH Sports Extra on Thursday.
“Except there are late injuries to the players invited for the next month’s games, the squad list from last qualifiers remains unchanged.”

Officials and players of the Eagles will lodge at the Eko Hotels and Suites for the home fixture against Central Africa Republic.
The Eagles who have featured in six of the last seven World Cup finals lead Group C with six points after their wins over Liberia and Cape Verde.
