“Planes Will Fall from the Sky’: Prophet Alex Ugochukwu Warns of Global Crashes, Political Bloodshed, Death of a Country’s Number One Figure

By Blaise Udunze
Canada-based Nigerian prophet Alex Ugochukwu, founder of Immaculate Chapel Ministries Global, has issued a series of startling prophetic declarations warning of aircraft disasters, political bloodshed, divine judgment and the death of a country’s number one figure, alongside other developments he says could shake nations and institutions.
In a declaration made on October 9, 2026, Ugochukwu said he had received a vision of multiple aircraft crashes occurring between October and January, with smaller aircraft reportedly featuring prominently. He described scenes of aircraft exploding in mid-air like bombs before plunging from the sky.
According to the prophet, the vision was connected to what he described as “wickedness” within government, religious institutions and other sectors of society. He alleged that some activities involving arms trafficking, human trafficking and illicit drugs could be linked to the aircraft disasters he foresaw.
Ugochukwu further stated that individuals in positions of authority would be affected, warning those he accused of benefiting from corrupt or criminal activities to repent. He also extended his warning to churches, saying that religious institutions would not be exempt from what he described as divine judgment.
He also issued warnings concerning Nigeria’s political class, a possible attack on Catholic priest Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, a confrontation between two influential politicians, developments in Ethiopia, and the deaths of three men in Anambra State before the end of December 2026.
The latest warning has renewed attention on Ugochukwu’s earlier aviation-related declarations. A May 2021 report published on Nairaland carried the headline “Three More Jets Go Down,” reflecting a previous warning attributed to the prophet about aircraft disasters in Nigeria.
On September 11, 2026, Ugochukwu also described a vision involving the Imo State governor travelling to Abuja after an expected Federal Government delegation allegedly failed to arrive. In the account, another aircraft landed and crashed. The prophet subsequently suggested that the vision might not refer to a literal aviation accident but could symbolise a political collapse or the downfall of individuals allegedly associated with corruption.
Beyond aviation, Ugochukwu has issued warnings concerning political tensions and possible violence. In another declaration, he described a vision involving Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka in Enugu, in which the priest was allegedly ambushed and attacked with a knife. He said the weapon passed through the priest’s garment without piercing his skin.
The prophet also spoke of an impending confrontation between two influential politicians from the same state, whom he described as a former governor and a sitting governor. According to his account, the dispute could become more pronounced by 2027, with political loyalists potentially suffering the consequences.
He further alleged that the two individuals will not be hurt because of the occultic powers they possess. The identities of the politicians were not established in the declaration.
Other visions attributed to Ugochukwu included a scene involving mountains in Ethiopia, smoke and molten gold turning into fire, followed by people fleeing.
He also described what he said was the funeral of a national leader, featuring military personnel and a flag-draped coffin beneath a red-and-blue flag.
In a separate warning, he predicted that three men allegedly associated with occult practices, including a native doctor, would die in Anambra State before December 2026.
Ugochukwu’s warnings have also taken a spiritual dimension. In a declaration concerning 2027, he described the year as an “open graveyard” for those who failed to repent in 2026, warning that mercy and grace would be far from many people and churches. He urged his audience not to allow December 31, 2026, to pass without repentance.
The latest declarations add to a series of prophecies attributed to Ugochukwu in previous years. Reports published by News Platform and First Weekly Magazine in 2021 documented aspects of his prophetic ministry and earlier declarations. Those reports provide historical context, which eventually manifested as he prophesied.
Predictions attributed to Ugochukwu concerned Donald Trump’s political future after his first presidential term ended on January 20, 2021. He prophesied that Trump would not continue with his second term after January 20, 2025, and he foretold the death of Prophet T.B. Joshua and Pope Francis. Those outcomes are important considerations in assessing the record of predictions attributed to the prophet.
Ugochukwu has also declared that Peter Obi will win Nigeria’s 2027 presidential election “clean and clear.” In the September 30, 2026, declaration, he described scenes of jubilation following the election but warned of possible violence, bloodshed and foreign intervention during the transition. He further predicted that Nigerians would resist external interference and that the country would experience what he described as the emergence of a “New Nigeria.”
Ugochukwu’s Online Prophetic Prayer Session (OPPS) holds weekly meetings on Fridays at 6 p.m. West Africa Time through YouTube, Facebook and Google Meet, where he shares prayers and prophetic declarations with his audience. //END.//
