Nasarawa State Governor, Abdulahi Sule
The Supreme Court, has on Tuesday, reserved judgement in the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, David Ombugadu against the decision of the Appeal Court which validated Abdullahi Sule as the governor of the State.
The five-member panel led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun told the parties they would be notified when the judgement was ready.
The Election Petitions Tribunal had sacked the governor and declared David Ombugadu, candidate of the PDP the winner, holding that the governorship election results were manipulated in the favour of Sule.
