Sanlam Nigeria hosts stakeholders’ fora, assures customers of excellent service

The purpose of the event was to express gratitude to her clients, stakeholders and partners for their support over the years. The forum also gave the business a chance to promote customer-management strategies like paying attention to client concerns, issues, compliments, and feedback. Recall that Sanlam Life Insurance Nigeria Limited and its subsidiary, Sanlam General Insurance Nigeria Limited recently rebranded from FBN Insurance following the divestment of FBN Holdings from the business in June 2020. The two companies, now wholly owned by the largest non-banking financial services group in Africa, Sanlam Emerging Markets Ltd, S.A, seeks to consolidate on the outstanding service delivery and customer relationship reminiscent of the firm.
