JUST IN: Court declares Jonathan eligible to contest for presidency

The presiding judge, Justice Isa Hamma Dashen gave the judgement on Friday.

The judgment comes hours after the All Progressives Congress (APC) reportedly granted the former president a waiver to participate in its presidential primary scheduled to hold on Sunday.
