Nigerian rapper Erhiga Agarivbie, also known as Erigga, has issued a warning and advice to creatives concerning their ideas.
The rapper on his X handle spoke on the importance of swift action. He stated that delaying execution could lead to someone else bringing the idea to life.
“Ideas have a momentum of their own,” Erigga wrote.
He also advised creatives to work on overcoming fear and procrastination. He stated that taking bold steps helps battle fear and opens doors of opportunities.
“If you have an idea you’re excited about and you don’t bring it to life, it’s not uncommon for the idea to find its voice through another maker. This isn’t because the other artist stole your idea, but because the idea’s time has come,” he wrote
