~ Media Aide Describes Headline As Bait To Cajole Readers
Oluwaseun Fabiyi, the media aide to popular Lagos Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe, aka Genesis, has denounced a statement credited to the Man Of God, by Yoruba weekly Journal, Alariya Oodua.
Recall that Prophet Israel Oladele had met with twelve Online reporters and journalists during a visit organized by a media/entertainment friend, within the premises of his reputable office located at Duro Isola street, Dalemo Alakuko.
Surprisingly however, after the Prophet had warmly received and granted them audience, the man of God never mentioned what related to ‘Yahoo Boys’ as Alariya Oodua painted and tweeted it in their headline.
According to his Media Aide, the prophet was said to have only discussed Genesis Global interdenominational parish newly established at Agidingbi Ikeja, and other issues related to Nigeria.
He went further by saying, this is one of the major reasons he decided not to be granting audience to the media because he had witnessed and experienced several cases whereby he will say something and another thing would be published afterwards.
In this case as attested to by his Media Aide, the Man of God had been wrongly quoted by the Yoruba online media platform
His media aide, Oluwaseun Fabiyi hereby dismissed the claims inside Alariya Oodua that ” Oladele Ogundipe, Oluso Ijo Cele Genesis Global Ju Ogulutu Oro Lu Awon Omo Yahoo” because there was never a time the man of God, Genesis, mentioned Yahoo boys in any of his statement and there’s no iota of truth in what Alariya Oodua published on their magazine cover.
The small but mighty televangelist hereby advises the general public, church members, and his online followers to ignore the false publication credited to hom as it’s totally baseless and unfounded.
On a final note, he reiterated that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is never of condemnation, but of salvation.
