Transfer: Lazio step up interest in Dele-Bashiru

Serie A club, Lazio are working on a deal to sign midfielder, Fisayo Dele -Bashiru from Turkish Super Lig outfit, Hatayspor.

Dele-Bashiru has attracted the interest of a number of clubs around Europe after impressing on his debut campaign in Turkey.

The 23-year-old joined Hatayspor on a free transfer last summer after severing ties with Sheffield Wednesday.

Lazio, according to reports emanating from Turkey, are eager to tie up the deal in order to beat other interested clubs to his signature.

Dele -Bashiru registered eight goals and five assists across all competitions for Hatayspor last season.

He reportedly has a €7m release clause in his contract for international clubs

and a €2.5 million clause for domestic clubs.
