Pepsi Naija’s ‘Confam Gbedu’ Experience: Here’s What You Missed at the 8th AMVCAs

The just concluded Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards was a special edition that generated lots of excitement for Nigerian entertainment audience. While the event was all about a celebration of film, drama, and TV, Pepsi Naija brought a Confam music experience to the week-long celebration like never before.

Here is a load down of what you missed at  the 8th AMVCAs:

Pepsi Fashion Design Competition: The AMVCA Runway Show held on day 2 and the designers all showcased Pepsi inspired a collection. The top 2 designers walked home with N1million each courtesy brand Pepsi.  The brand also brought AMVCA ‘Confam Gbedu’  to the runway with a performance by popular R&B singers, Style Plus.

Confam Pepsi Taste and Vibe: From the Opening Night, to the Cultural Day, and the Nominee Gala, Pepsi Naija provide premium refreshment to attendees and was on hand to pump up the vibe at all the events with performances from its superstar DJ ambassadors like Xclusive, Spinall, and others.

Confam Gbedu: Like the African saying: ‘the big masquerade shows up last’. All the activities were a build up to the awards night, when the brand brought together the  old and new generation of the afrobeat for a legendary performance.

Lagabja jointly performed two of his hit tracks with Pepsi ambassador, Rema live on stage. The duo delivered a special version of ‘Gra Gra’ and ‘Konko Below’ tracks to a standing ovation from the audience.

The Confam After Party Experience: The Confam experience didn’t end at the live show as  Pepsi Naija brought the heat to the AMVCAs after party.

And that’s not all, Pepsi Naija announced a new DJ brand ambassador,  Crowd kontroller. The disk jockey didn’t disappoint as he showed why he’s called the crowd controller with his refreshing mix.

The 8th AMVCAs has come and gone, but the ‘Confam Gbedu’ experience powered by the Pepsi Naija will linger in memory for years to come.
