JUST IN: Appeal Court dismisses Nnamdi Kanu’s motion for accelerated hearing

The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Tuesday, struck out the motion for an accelerated hearing filed by Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
