Glo boosts business growth with SME in A Box 

Digital telecommunications services provider, Globacom, is poised to add more value to small businesses in the country with the introduction of a new service called Glo SME in a Box.

The package, which is designed to boost the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Nigeria is an all-in-one bundle to connect, grow business and enhance productivity and profitability and can be accessed for as low as N20,000 for a year.

A statement issued by Globacom in Lagos said “Glo SME In A Box provides a set of bundled solutions for all the major communication and technology requirement of SMEs in the country. The package, according to Globacom, is very flexible and that it can be used to establish online business presence and set up business-support tools within 30 minutes by anyone with basic computer skills. It added that Glo SME In A Box “helps right from purchasing a domain to professional website creation, accounting payroll, CRM and inventory management”.

The operator noted that “less than 5 percent of SMEs currently use Information Communication Technology (ICT) for their business operations or have a visible online presence” due to the low technology knowledge of most SME owners. They require a reliable partner to assist in introducing technology to their businesses and Globacom’s customizable, easy to operate and open to change solutions would assist the SMEs greatly.
