BREAKING: Scores trapped as 21-storey building collapses in Lagos

Scores of people have been trapped under the rubble as a 21-storey building collapsed in Lagos on Monday.

The building, under construction, is located on Gerard Road in upscale Ikoyi on Lagos Island.
